Pen Fight is currently free to play. We do not sell real-money items, subscriptions, or any other paid feature. Because no money is accepted, there is currently nothing to cancel or refund.

1. No real-money purchases

Every part of Pen Fight that is currently available can be played without buying anything. The game has no paid membership, recurring fee, subscription, or real-money in-game shop.

2. Stars, pens and progress

Stars are earned by playing and may be used to unlock pens inside the game. Stars, pens, levels, ranks and other game progress are virtual features only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred or paid out for money, goods or services.

3. Refunds and cancellations

Since Pen Fight does not currently take money or offer subscriptions, a refund or cancellation policy does not currently apply. Closing an account or clearing a signed-out browser save does not create any right to a cash refund for earned stars, unlocked pens or other game progress.

4. If this changes

If Pen Fight ever introduces a paid feature, we will update this page and the related Privacy & Cookies, Terms of Use and Delivery pages before any sale begins. The updated pages will explain what is offered and the rules that apply before anyone can choose to spend money.
