Terms of Use

Pen Fight is a free browser game. It currently offers no real-money purchases or paid subscriptions. By using the game, you agree to these terms and to play fairly and safely.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and LetsCrak, the operator of Pen Fight in Sri Lanka. They apply to the website at penfight.site, the browser game, multiplayer rooms and related services.

Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how information, browser storage, analytics and advertising are handled. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Pen Fight.

2. Who may use Pen Fight

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pen Fight. If you are 13 or older but under the age at which you can agree to online terms where you live, you may use it only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the service if local law does not allow you to do so.

A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Pen Fight is responsible for supervising that use and explaining these terms, including the multiplayer and voice-chat rules.

3. Your right to use the game

LetsCrak gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Pen Fight for lawful, non-commercial entertainment while these terms apply. You may not sell, rent, copy, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly allows it.

4. Free access, stars and pens

Pen Fight currently sells nothing. There are no paid items, subscriptions, shipping fees or payment plans. Every obtainable pen and all stars are unlocked or earned inside the game at no monetary charge.

Stars, pens, levels, rankings and other game features are limited permissions within Pen Fight, not property or money. They:

have no cash or real-world value;
cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed;
are not a deposit, security, cryptocurrency or payment instrument; and
may be balanced, corrected, added, removed or reset as the game changes.

Pen Fight is not gambling. No in-game stake, match result or reward can produce money or a thing of real-world value. The current no-purchase position is also explained in the Purchases & Refunds notice.

5. Progress and optional accounts

You can play anonymously. Anonymous progress is normally stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear site data, change browser or device, or the browser removes it. LetsCrak is not responsible for local progress lost for those reasons.

If Google Sign-In and account storage are available, you may choose to connect an account so progress can be associated with you. You are responsible for protecting access to that Google account and for contacting us promptly if you believe it has been misused. We may correct impossible, duplicated, manipulated or corrupted game progress.

6. Multiplayer, names and voice chat

Multiplayer rooms connect you with other people. Your display name, game actions, selected pen and status are visible to players in the room. If you enable the microphone, your voice is transmitted live to them. Choose a display name carefully and do not reveal private information in it or over voice.

You must not:

harass, threaten, stalk, bully or impersonate another person;
use hateful, sexually explicit, obscene or discriminatory names or speech;
share another person’s private information without permission;
record or redistribute another player’s voice without any consent required by law;
spam, advertise, solicit, scam or send malicious links;
cheat, automate play, exploit bugs or manipulate rankings, rewards or match results;
attack, probe, overload or interfere with the game, relay, accounts or other users; or
use Pen Fight for anything unlawful or unsafe.

Mute, leave or report a room if another player makes you uncomfortable. We may investigate reports and restrict names, rooms, accounts, devices or access, but we cannot monitor every live room and do not guarantee another player’s behavior.

7. Content you provide

You keep any rights you have in a display name, report or other content you provide. You give LetsCrak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display, adapt and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, protect and improve Pen Fight. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for necessary security, legal or backup records.

Live voice is transmitted for communication in the room. As stated in the Privacy & Cookie Policy, we do not intentionally record it.

8. Advertising

Advertising is not enabled as of the effective date of these terms. Pen Fight may later display advertising supplied by Google AdSense or other advertising partners. Ads can help support a free service but are not an endorsement by LetsCrak. An advertiser is responsible for its own ad, website, product and claims.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized according to your region, eligibility, settings and privacy choices. See the Privacy & Cookie Policy for cookies, advertising data and controls. You must not use bots, repeated clicks, misleading activity or any other method to create invalid ad impressions or clicks.

9. Third-party services and links

Pen Fight may use or link to services operated by others, including Google Sign-In, Analytics and advertising, network and hosting providers, and the optional WhatsApp community. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. LetsCrak does not control an external site, advertiser or community platform and is not responsible for what happens there.

10. Intellectual property

Pen Fight’s software, game rules as expressed in code, visual design, branding, artwork, audio, text and other materials are owned by LetsCrak or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

If you believe content on Pen Fight infringes your copyright or another right, email hello@letscrak.com with enough detail to identify the work, the material, its location and your authority to make the report.

11. Changes, availability and termination

Pen Fight is still evolving. We may add, change, rebalance, suspend or remove a feature, game mode, account service or the service itself. We try to keep the game available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access.

You may stop using Pen Fight at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms were broken, safety or security is at risk, law requires it, or operating the service is no longer practical. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.

12. Disclaimers and responsibility

Pen Fight is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LetsCrak disclaims implied warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and error-free operation. Use the service with ordinary care and do not rely on it to store the only copy of important information.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LetsCrak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost progress, lost data, lost opportunity or another player’s conduct arising from Pen Fight. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without removing any mandatory protection you have under the law of your home country. Before starting formal proceedings, please email hello@letscrak.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game or law changes. The date and version at the top show the current terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice in the game or on this page where practical. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy & Cookie Policy are the agreement about your use of Pen Fight and do not create employment, agency, partnership or third-party beneficiary rights.
