Delete Your Account & Data

Last updated: 11 September 2026

You can ask us to delete your Pen Fight account and the data held with it at any time, for any reason, without giving one. Send the request with the link below and we will confirm when it is done.

1. Request deletion

Email hello@letscrak.com with the subject “Pen Fight account deletion request”. The link opens a message with the subject and a short form already filled in.

Never signed in? An anonymous save is still held against your browser’s handle, and section 4 has the handle and how to quote it.

Include in the message:

Send the request from the email address on the account where you can. If you cannot, we may ask for something else that reasonably shows the account is yours — never a password, a one-time code or an identity document. If we cannot verify a request we will say so rather than delete somebody else’s account.

2. What happens next

Deletion is permanent. Progress, stars, unlocked pens, streaks and leaderboard standing go with the account and cannot be restored afterwards, including if you sign in again later with the same Google account.

3. What is deleted, and what is kept

We may also keep information where a law, a legal claim or an open safety or abuse investigation requires it. If that applies to any part of your request we will tell you which part and why.

4. If you play without signing in

Pen Fight does not need an account, but an anonymous game is not invisible to us. The game gives your browser a random handle the first time you play, sends it with the save so progress survives a reload, and counts rounds against it. The handle is a random string. It carries no name, email or address, and it is the only thing connecting that saved game to you.

To have the copy we hold deleted, email the same deletion request address and quote the handle. This browser’s is:

checking this browser…

Nobody but you can see it, and it is worth nothing to anybody else — it unlocks nothing and it is not a password. Without it we cannot tell which of many anonymous saves is the one to delete.

5. Delete the copy in your browser yourself

Your progress is also saved on the device you play on, and that copy is yours to remove at any time by clearing site data for penfight.site:

This erases local progress on that device and cannot be undone. It does not delete the copy we hold — and it throws away the handle that identifies it, so take the handle above first if you want that copy gone too. If the save is linked to a Google account, clearing the browser does not delete the account either; use section 1 for that.

6. Disconnect Pen Fight from Google

Signing in uses Google Identity Services, and Google keeps its own record that you used it here. You can remove that connection at your Google account’s third-party connections. Doing so stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete the data we hold, so send the request in section 1 as well.

7. Other privacy requests

Deletion is not the only option. You can also ask us for a copy of the data linked to you, ask us to correct it, or object to or restrict a particular use, where your local law gives you that right. Email hello@letscrak.com with the subject “Pen Fight privacy request”.

We do not charge for any of this, and asking will never affect how you are treated in the game.

8. Contact

Email hello@letscrak.com, see the Contact Us page, or read the Privacy & Cookie Policy for the full account of what is handled and why.
